Grating Design & Installation
Our technical department identifies the most technically suitable and cost-effective grating type for each project, based on the customer’s requirements and the intended application.
Gratings are designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and the specific requirements of each project type.
Static calculations and tolerances are carried out in accordance with RAL GZ 638.
To support installation, mak gratings provides layout drawings, dimension lists and grating coding. Each grating is installed in the position shown on the layout drawing, according to its individual code and bearing bar direction, as indicated on the drawing.
Gratings are supplied approximately 2 mm smaller than their nominal dimensions. The first dimension shown always indicates the bearing bar length.
During installation, each grating must be secured immediately with fixing clips. As a general guideline, four sets of fixing clips per m² of grating are recommended, positioned at the four corners. Larger gratings may require additional fixing points.

Fencing Design
The installation process for an industrial fencing system depends on several factors, including:
